Refund policy

At HUMEC, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, if you face a size issue, we are happy to offer a size exchange subject to availability.

Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at humec.customerservice@gmail.com.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • An exchange fee of ₹150 per product will be applicable to cover pickup and re-shipping charges.

Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at humec.customerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend recording an unboxing video clearly showing the package and product condition.

In such cases, HUMEC will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Quality Check

All products received for exchange will undergo a quality inspection.

Products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or signs of wear.

Products that fail the quality check will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved:

  1. We will arrange pickup of the original product (subject to service availability).

  2. After the product passes quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched.

The entire exchange process may take 7–10 working days from the date the product is received at our facility.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to the address below:

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Products sold on HUMEC are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds will not be provided for size issues, change of mind, color preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Only size exchanges and verified wrong/defective product replacements are covered under this policy.
